The M26 TE top level of the m26 line provides volumetric control with the Cimbali turbo steam system in a tall cup frame. The system provides 2 adjustable pre-selected milk temperatures and foam consistency for a verity of milks and drinks.  In this new green machine with it's up to date technology normally found in more expensive machines

LA Cimbali Patented "Smart Boiler" technology optimizes the boiler's filling cycles to create a perfect thermal balance between water, steam and boiler size. This enables baristas to maintain high output levels of steam at peak times while maintaining maximum electric efficiency.

The M26 provides hot water for coffee from a cold-water mixing valve system.

The LaCimbali M26 T/E is made from steel and ABS and comes equipped with a reliable LaCimbali thermal system. Together, all of this guarantees impeccable quality in the cup and keeps consumption down.

 LaCimbali M26 is fitted with a brand-new back lite electromagnetically button panel which is both easy to use and intuitive. 

Thermal Flexibility 

The M26 T/E features Cimbali patented thermal balancing system allowing the baristas to accurately adjust the water temperature in each group head without having to restart or turn off the machine. 

Cimbali has an exclusive patent for the use of Ruveco Teck coating. This special treatment is used on all metal components that come into contact with water and drastically reduces the release of metals into the water. The result is pure water with no metallic properties.

Help the taste of your coffee with a BMT Bestmax premium 5 stage filter with magnesium for improved coffee taste or the standard 4 stage protection filter. When selecting the premium line with magnesium, we recommend a water meter so you know when it's time to change your filter as magnesium will show as a solid on a test strip.

Dial in the setting 1, 2 or 3 on the BWT filter head to match your water hardness and brew system needs. to get the proper protection & longest life based on degree of water hardness. Just twist the all in one cartridge out of the self-closing valve in head and spin the new replacement one in when needed, no water to shut off or turn on before changing,
