The Digit provides a built in shot timer, operator keypad adjustments of water temperature, drinks served, automatic on-off times, water filter change time, It is great for producing more consistent quality espresso drinks in high-traffic locations through maintaining more consistent coffee water temperature with its heaver brew group and more powerful output over the Appia.

The Aurelia wave digit features shot times for barista feedback of grind setting and coffee weight and when a grinder setting change is needed to ensure consistence for proper taste to the espresso.,

How the Aurelia Wave Digit Works Whether you are opening your first coffee stand or have been in the business for years, the Aurelia Wave will fit all the needs of good basic average café: Digit: The Aurelia Wave Digit adds newly patented features such as Auto-Purge groups, plus the ability to control the temperature & volume for 3 hot water pre-set buttons.
