The Astra Automatic Steamer delivers dedicated steam for even the busiest cafes, tea shops, juice and smoothie bars, etc.

The Astra steamer is the answer to have for a backup to your espresso machine for extra busy times or for those specialty hot beverages in a Chi Bar or Bobble Tea House.

Based on Astra's reliable and modular design, the STA4800 is fast, efficient, and uncomplicated at creating impressive foam for specialty drinks such as, lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, and chai tea from traditional dairy, nut, soy, or other plant-based milk.

The Astra STA 4800 includes a 7.0-liter copper boiler with automatic water fill functionality to keep your machine running smoothly. Two automatic steam wands can be programmed and operated independently & turn off when drink reaches the programmed temperature.

A built-in vacuum valve releases vacuum pressure & keeps milk from entering the boiler, and an internal power breaker ensures your equipment remains free from electrical issues.

The machine features dual thermocouple, cool-touch stainless steel steam wands that provide automatic temperature control and continuous steam, allowing you to produce consistently delicious drinks time after time. Additionally, a manual water valve on the front panel gives you full control whenever it's needed.   

This commercial-grade steamer's digital display, dial pressure gauge, and automatic-to-manual operation switch allow you to create foam for specialty drinks with efficiency, precision, and style. The removable drip tray, and easy plumbed water connection and drain hook-up, make installing and operating this machine simple and convenient.

All of the STA 4800's high-quality, US standard components are enclosed in an attractive stainless-steel frame. Made to order.
