The M series is designed to operate with a side or under counter refrigerator. it has an automatic steam wand as well for an expanded milk selection.
A Twin Refrigerator holds 2 -1 gallons of milk. You can draw from both of the same milks or have a switch-over valve and draw from 2 different milks.

productivity – up to 700 espresso per hour, is ideal for very high-volume environments where espresso and cappuccino with ultimate in-cup experience matters most.
Tea and continuous steam can be produced concurrently. With the ability to produce 700 espressos per hour, 8 products at the same time, 350 cappuccino and 170 hot water products, the Shotmaster ms-pro/ST is the height of productivity.
This machine has a built-in milk module, a steam wand with Everfoam as well as two 1.5-Step milk option.
