By regulating water flow, Zero Barista allows to adjust how many grams of water per second will wet the puck before filling the extraction chamber, giving complete control over pre-infusion.
#Zerolimits Freedom:
Zero’s Freestyle flow allows users to utilize four different pre-set flow rates by simply moving the lever on the side of each brewing unit. The flow rates are pre-set to 3, 5, 7 and 9 grams of water per second, bringing out the unique flavors of different coffee blends or single origins.
Total Control:
For those seeking even greater control and consistency in espresso extraction, Zero Barista offers the Fixed Flow mode. With Fixed Flow, baristas can set a specific water flow rate for each group from the machine's interface, allowing for each unit to be set at different, consistent flows.
