If you purchase from Absolute Espresso Plus and our retail price on the item drops within 30 calendar days, please send us an email with your original AEP order number and we'll provide you with store credit for the difference!

1) Sold by an official, US-based retailer of the brand (Sorry, eBay and Craigslist are not eligible!).

In most cases, the commercial is eligible for free shipping in the continental US. As part of the purchase process, you will be informed in advance about the costs of shipping your new equipment or goods based on your delivery requirements. Please inquire for details and confirmation before placing your order.

In addition to our nationwide installation of an espresso machine, grinder & other equipment in most areas, our team is available via phone and email to assist you with your equipment.

Absolute Espresso provides full factory parts warranty support on the majority all of the Espresso machines & equipment that we sell, limited in most cases to parts replacement and Labor costs related to mechanical failure. Regular maintenance and care of the machine are the customer’s responsibility. We can assist with installation and ongoing warranty coverage, so please ask which options we have available.

Typically, the machines come with 1 year location labor on commercial machines and 1 year bench labor on home machines.

Due to the highly-specialized nature of commercial-grade equipment and discounts on wholesale items, we are unable to accept returns on any commercial or wholesale merchandise.
