Parallel coffee and hot water preparation

To let you keep pace with high demand even at peak times, 400 V models of the WMF 5000 S 2 can simultaneously dispense coffee drinks and hot water. This is made possible by the optimized boiler, which delivers an increased heating power of 9 kW.

 Heavy-duty brewer

The heavy-duty, stainless-steel brewer is made in Germany with hardwearing components to guarantee you high performance and maximum reliability over many years of service. Its design features a robust, die-forged frame and a fine sieve for preparing finer recipes, while its 19 g capacity permits larger brewing batches in a single step. As it is permanently installed in the machine, the brewer requires no additional cleaning.

10” color touch display

The WMF 5000 S+ immediately invites interaction with its attractive 10” color touch display, featuring realistic product depictions and individual color worlds. Navigation is intuitive, using familiar touch and swipe menus, with both served and self-service modes available. Perfect for presenting nutritional information, the display can also be used to show videos, for example to promote special offers at certain times of day.

The WMF 5000 S 2 does not have a built-in "S3" dual milk refrigerator. Instead, it is an automatic commercial coffee machine that can be configured with a separate dual milk system and an external refrigerator accessory. The dual milk system allows the machine to use two different types of milk, such as dairy and plant-based, which are stored in the connected cooler

• Separate cooler: The milk for the milk system is stored in a separate, external cooler, not a built-in "S3" refrigerator. These auxiliary fridges are available in a variety of styles and sizes that aesthetically complement the coffee machine.
• Modular system: The WMF fridges are a modular component, designed to be connected to any compatible WMF coffee machine, including the 5000 S+. This allows businesses to choose the best configuration for their needs.
• Automatic temperature monitoring: When connected, the milk system's "Dynamic Milk Assist" technology continuously monitors the milk's temperature to ensure consistent quality in every drink. 

Automatic height-adjustable spout

The spout on the WMF 5000 S+ automatically adjusts to the optimal height for each beverage selected, depending on the preset value for each recipe. So, beverage temperature remains perfect, and unsightly splashes of milk on the housing are a thing of the past.

Dynamic Coffee Assist

Dynamic Coffee Assist permanently guarantees the highest quality of all espresso-based coffee specialties offered by the WMF 5000 S. Once beverage quality has been set, this unprecedented system continuously monitors the brewing flow, making automatic adjustments to the grinding degree or to the coffee quantity as necessary. This way, brewing time, extraction and value remain constant, so you know your customers will enjoy consistently excellent coffee.

With WMF Auto Clean, manual cleaning of the coffee and milk systems has become a thing of the past. Just configure the cleaning cycle once and the WMF Auto Clean system does the rest, independently and automatically.

WMF Coffee Connect provides you with the option to collect valuable machine data. Wherever you are, you can obtain an overview of your sales figures and current service information at any time. You will receive warnings which will let you know if you are running low on consumables or if maintenance is required. What's more, thanks to the system's bidirectional design, you can send tailored promotional offers from your desk directly to the display of a selected machine. The basic functions are available to you free of charge. WMF Coffee Connect collects, analyses and processes data about your coffee machines, enabling you to optimize processes, reduce service costs and boost your sales.
