The WMF 5000S + with hot chocolate is a high-performance coffee machine for professional coffee indulgence. It packs the performance capacity of a large, fully automated coffee machine into a slim, sleek body and offers a wide variety of specialty high quality espresso coffee drinks consistently. The space-saving design, optimal reliability, user–friendliness and excellent price-performance ratio. With the Dynamic Milk System, preparing specialty drinks such mochas and lattes are simple.

The WMF 5000 S+ does not have a built-in "S3" dual milk refrigerator. Instead, it is an automatic commercial coffee machine that can be configured with a separate dual milk system and an external refrigerator accessory. The dual milk system allows the machine to use two different types of milk, such as dairy and plant-based, which are stored in the connected cooler

• Dual milk functionality: With the optional "2-milk solution," the WMF 5000 S+ can be set up to process two types of milk. A special valve prevents the milk types from mixing, ensuring that only the selected milk is used for each drink.
• Dynamic milk system: The dual milk option is an available feature on machines configured with the "Dynamic Milk" system. This system allows for the automatic preparation of hot milk, hot milk foam, cold milk, and cold milk foam in different consistencies.

Ideal for varied menus: The dual milk capability is designed for establishments that need to offer a variety of milk-based drinks and cater to customers with different dietary needs or preferences, such as those requesting oat, soy, or lactose-free milk. 

• Separate cooler: The milk for the dual milk system is stored in a separate, external WMF cooler, not a built-in "S3" refrigerator. These auxiliary fridges are available in a variety of styles and sizes that aesthetically complement the coffee machine.
• Modular system: The WMF fridges are a modular component, designed to be connected to any compatible WMF coffee machine, including the 5000 S+. This allows businesses to choose the best configuration for their needs.
